Willie Ezekile Bennett Stevenson, of Saint Paul, is charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving penetration through coercion.

Prosecutors have now charged 28-year-old Antavarius Scott Baker, of Minneapolis, with two counts of second-degree murder for his alleged role in the killing.

On Friday, prosecutors charged Eithan Armani Green, of Minneapolis, with second-degree murder with intent and illegal possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a violent crime.

Prosecutors charged 30-year-old Edward Jacob Lang, of Lake Worth, Fla,, with first-degree damage to property. The charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison.

Police said the crash happened shortly before 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Front Avenue and Grotto Street North.

Micah Scott Meyer, 19, of Red Wing, and Seth Garrett Janick, 18, also of Red Wing, are each charged with second-degree burglary and possession of burglary or theft tools, according to criminal complaints.

The incident happened around 4:30 p.m. Jan. 30 at an apartment in the 1500 block of Marion Street in Saint Paul, where officers found the victim badly injured and unconscious.

A Saint Paul Police spokesperson said the shooting was reported around 10 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2 on the 100 block of Oneida Street.

Jordan Alexander Cate, 39, faces felony charges including threats of violence and two counts of illegal possession of a firearm or ammunition stemming from the incident on Jan. 28.

The incident started around 1 a.m. on Jan. 30 after a Ramsey County sheriff’s deputy on patrol observed a Mazda CX-7 traveling on Forest Street between Reaney and Minnehaha avenues.

Naomi Tamunotonye Foingil Iruene, 28, is charged with fourth-degree assault of a peace officer and fourth-degree assault of emergency medical personnel.

The shooting was reported around 2:25 p.m. on the 900 block of York Avenue, where Saint Paul police found an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
