Landon Robert Smith is charged with two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, along with felony counts for possessing a firearm without a serial number and carrying a pistol without a permit. He is also charged with misdemeanor falsely reporting a crime.

Prosecutors have charged 24-year-old Melody Lynn Little, of West Saint Paul, and 20-year-old Jordan John Weiland, of White Bear Lake, with two counts each of third-degree murder and criminal vehicular homicide.
