A man is charged after investigators say he sold methamphetamine to a confidential informant in Stearns County . He was later stopped by police while transporting a large amount of the drug back to St.

A man already jailed in another sexual assault case now faces new felony charges after a woman reported she was sexually assaulted in 2015. The charges stem from incidents investigators say occurred between September and October 2015 in St.

In a press release, the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office said an adult male victim was transported to a hospital. The victim’s condition has not been released.

The collision happened around 12:56 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, near 33rd Avenue North and 5th Street North, where police found two heavily damaged vehicles buried in a snowbank following a head-on crash.

The man’s death was discovered shortly after 1:09 p.m. on Oct. 1, 2025, when St. Cloud police were called to an apartment building after a reported overdose.

Officers were called around 8:20 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, to the 3000 block of 40th Avenue South after a person went to check on the woman and found her dead inside the apartment.

Investigators later identified the woman as 22-year-old Hallie Tobler and the man as her husband, 23-year-old Dylan Tobler, both of Saint Cloud.

The incident happened around 8:20 p.m. Saturday when officers were called to a reported medical emergency on the 3100 block of 40th Avenue South.

The charges were filed after the victim reported wiring money to a bank account while communicating with an online seller who never delivered the vehicle.

The State Patrol said a Dodge Durango was traveling northbound on Highway 71 while a Kia Sportage was traveling southbound when the two vehicles collided in the intersection.
