BCA: Feds Denying Access to Evidence in Pretti Shooting
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says the FBI is refusing to share evidence in the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti and has not committed to cooperating in two other federal shooting investigations.

The incident unfolded Feb. 18 in the area of Lowry Avenue North and Girard Avenue North after a ShotSpotter system detected three separate gunshot activations within about 15 minutes.

It happened just before 9 p.m. on Feb. 17, at Highway 210 and West Sylvan Drive Southwest in Sylvan Township, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
