Officers detained three men outside the bar, including 29-year-old Davarius Lamonte Clark, who was working as a bouncer that night. Police say Clark repeatedly told them “It’s my gun” and admitted to shooting the man.
When they arrived, they found a man inside a vehicle with an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound. Emergency responders provided care at the scene before taking him to the hospital.

It’s believed the fatal shooting is connected to a nearby burglary involving a 38-year-old man, who was later taken into custody, according to a media release from the Windom Police Department.
The shooting happened near Dowling Avenue North and Morgan Avenue North. Gunfire broke out in the park as one vehicle drove through the grounds and two others moved through the adjacent parking lot.
Prosecutors allege Randal Barnard Williams, who goes by the name “T-Moe,” shot the victim five times during a planned robbery just before midnight and then fled in the victim’s car, along with a teenage girl who had allegedly lured the victim through a dating app.
