Deputies were called just before 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 2 after a juvenile reported that his mother’s ex-boyfriend had broken into their home and shot her.

When officers arrived, they found two victims—a 32-year-old woman and a 50-year-old man—both dead from gunshot wounds. Their names have not yet been released.

Zimmerman had been identified earlier in the day as the suspect and was reportedly last seen at the home wearing a black or camouflage jacket, black pants, black shoes and a black baseball-style hat. He was believed to be driving a 2013 black Toyota Camry with Minnesota license plate 2GU817.
