Robbinsdale officers were in the area of County Road 81 and 40th Avenue North around 9:22 p.m. when they heard multiple gunshots coming from the east.

Two men—Victor Joseph Vasquez-Rodriguez, 20, of Hayward, Wisc., and Jose David Vazquez-Rodriguez, 22, of Minneapolis—are charged with second-degree murder.
