A man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly participating in an armed carjacking and leading police on a high-speed chase through Saint Paul.

A man has been charged in connection with a shooting that left the victim paralyzed from the waist down in Saint Paul.

As part of the plea agreement, felony charges for arson, threats of violence and disarming a police officer stemming from Jorgenson’s arrest in June 2023 were dismissed.
