Police responded to Nicollet Avenue near 66th Street just after 1 a.m. after getting reports of a person down in the roadway. Officers found the man there and determined he had been struck by a driver.
Pine County deputies responded around 8:06 a.m. after witnesses said a white pickup truck with a red snowplow collided with a bicyclist on the shoulder of the road.
