Holly Nichole Flood is charged with two felony counts of theft by temporary control after allegedly misusing funds from two Lakeville booster clubs where she served as treasurer.

Thirty-six-year-old Timothy Mark Olson Jr. pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct for having sexual intercourse with a student while in a position of authority.

According to the Lakeville Police Department, the crash occurred at 11:42 a.m. Oct. 11 on Cedar Avenue just south of 185th Street West. Officers arrived and began medical care for the drivers of both vehicles, who were seriously hurt.

81-year-old Dave Schmitz, of Spooner, Wisc., and 66-year-old Robert Drallmeier, of Glenwood City, Wisc., died of multiple blunt force injuries at the scene near Highview Avenue and 219th Street around 2:45 p.m.

Officers were called to the area west of the airport around 2:45 p.m. and located the wreckage west of Highview Avenue, near 219th Street West, the Lakeville Police Department said.

The threats appeared in a post on social media. Detectives quickly identified a juvenile male suspect and coordinated with Elk River Police, who made contact with him at his home.

As officers arrived in the area, Morales fled in a stolen vehicle, striking squad cars as he exited the area. The vehicle was later found abandoned in a field west of Cedar Avenue.

Burnsville police were called to a home in the 2000 block of East 117th Street just after 9:30 a.m. and found the woman inside with multiple stab wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Jack Joseph Ball, 23, faces two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of intentional second-degree murder in the death of 30-year-old Bethany Ann Israel and her unborn child.

Initial investigation suggests the shooting took place in the 16200 block of Florida Way, police said. Not long after the incident, two people showed up at a nearby hospital and both had gunshot wounds. Investigators believe both people are connected to the same shooting.

The State Patrol says just before 1:30 a.m., a 2022 Lincoln Aviator was traveling southbound on Interstate 35 towards 210th Street West when the driver struck a 2020 Toyota Corolla from behind. The driver of the Aviator didn’t stop at the scene of the crash and sped southbound, where it crashed into
