Andrew Jonathan Townsend, 30, is charged with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon causing substantial bodily harm. The charge carries a maximum penalty of up to 10 years in prison.

Abdirahim Hassan is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving force while armed with a knife. Prosecutors allege he sexually assaulted the woman and threatened her with a weapon.

The incidents happened around 4:10 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2, near eastbound Highway 10 and County Road 50 in Big Lake Township, followed by a second crash roughly 40 minutes later.

Ryan Andrew Frane, of Breezy Point, is charged with two counts of felony threats of violence, felony first-degree damage to property involving a public safety vehicle and misdemeanor domestic assault.

According to the criminal complaint, officers were dispatched after a woman reported that Joplin, identified as the father of her child, had attacked her and fled in a white Hyundai Tucson.

The criminal complaints filed Friday, Feb. 13, charge Jamaul Wendell Graham, 53, and Khalil Sheed Milton, 30, with promoting prostitution and engaging in the sex trafficking of an individual.

A federal grand jury returned indictments in four separate cases, including three tied to threats made after authorities say FBI-owned vehicles were vandalized and sensitive employee information was stolen and later posted online.

Robert Jones is charged in Hennepin County District Court with first-degree assault causing great bodily harm. According to the criminal complaint, Jones assaulted the victim while using a dangerous weapon.

Matthew John Keck, of Minneapolis, is charged with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and felony domestic assault. Prosecutors allege Keck stabbed his brother during an argumen.

Darshawn Turner, of Minneapolis, is charged with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon causing substantial bodily harm, assault causing substantial bodily harm and threats of violence.

The driver fled in a stolen vehicle and crashed into two other vehicles, leaving multiple people seriously injured.
