The driver of a 2018 Toyota Camry was traveling eastbound on Highway 10 when he left the roadway and struck the bridge deck at Round Lake Boulevard. He was the only person in the vehicle.

According to charges filed Monday in Anoka County, 22-year-old Luvell Kaagan Bowman, of Andover, is accused of firing shots during a dispute on Oct. 3 that struck a man in the leg and hand.

According to charging documents, officers were first called to the LivInn Hotel on Central Avenue on Sept. 30 after a text message to 911 reported someone in distress in one of the rooms.

The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office said the crash happened just before 7 a.m. near 175th Avenue Northwest and Roanoke Street Northwest.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the collision happened Sept. 21 around 7:20 p.m. at the intersection of southbound Highway 65 and 109th Avenue Northeast.

According to the criminal complaint, the confrontation happened around 10 p.m. Sept. 13 on 7th Street Northeast, where five teenagers told officers they had stopped their vehicle to play a hide-and-seek style game.

A jury earlier this year found 39-year-old Alonzo Pierre Mingo guilty of fatally shooting three people during a Jan. 26, 2024, attack inside a home.

David Douglas Dady entered a guilty plea for first-degree assault on Monday. In exchange for the guilty plea, a count of attempted second-degree murder was dismissed.

Authorities say Isaiah Lewis Whitlock was riding on the southern sidewalk, heading northwest, when he swerved onto the roadway at the Marigold Street NW intersection.

On Friday, jurors found 39-year-old Alonzo Pierre Mingo guilty on multiple counts of first-degree murder for the Jan. 26, 2024, trio of brutal killings.

The crash happened around 7:12 a.m. on Aug. 22, when a northbound Northstar train struck a vehicle that was stopped on the tracks near 119th Avenue Northwest and Northdale Boulevard Northwest.
