Around 9:52 p.m., 29-year-old Jasmine Jayde Nanclares, of Shakopee, drove south in the northbound lanes on Highway 169 near Anderson Lakes Parkway and collided head-on with a Hyundai Sonata.
When police got there, neither the suspect nor the victim was still at the restaurant. Authorities said both left in separate vehicles before officers reached the area.
Police say the incident began around 7:42 p.m. in the 800 block of Olson Memorial Highway when a man entered an apartment unit and attacked two females inside.
Prosecutors say he targeted food delivery drivers through fake orders and later stole another car at gunpoint after crashing a stolen one.
According to the criminal complaint, police were called on Nov. 5 to the McDonald’s on Southdale Circle after reports that a man had pointed a firearm at a woman and demanded her money.
