Court records show that 23-year-old Joshua James Moton admitted Monday to first-degree criminal sexual conduct and second-degree criminal sexual conduct for repeated assaults on the girl between April and May.
The incident was reported around 11:34 a.m. when a resident on the 4600 block of Mohawk Drive contacted police after finding a container while cleaning out an old garage.
