35-year-old Alexanader Logan Keller with one felony count of criminal vehicular homicide after authorities say he struck and killed a person during a fight, then left the scene.

Federal prosecutors said 33-year-old Dillon Alvan Reyna was sentenced Wednesday in U.S. District Court to 264 months in prison followed by 15 years of supervised release after pleading guilty to coercion and enticement of a minor.

According to a criminal complaint, officers were called to Ninth Avenue East around 10:50 p.m. on Aug. 16 after a neighbor reported a disturbing encounter.

Officers were called just before 2 p.m. to the 1500 block of North 9th Avenue East, where they found 74-year-old Maedean Davin dead from an apparent gunshot wound.

Police say Phillip Bacon threw fireworks at his neighbor’s home, damaged the siding and gas meter, then threatened to burn it down during the bizarre outburst.

Life-saving efforts were initiated by jail staff and continued by responding emergency crews, but the person was pronounced dead despite those attempts. The BCA has been called in to lead the investigation.

Officers arrived to find a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. They provided immediate medical aid before the man was transported to a hospital, where he later died. A second man at the scene was also shot at but was not injured.
