A Burnsville man died Tuesday night after losing control of his motorcycle on southbound Interstate 35E in Eagan.
Joseph Nyagechi Morema, 29, was riding a 2020 Suzuki GSX-S southbound on I-35E just south of Highway 77 around 9:35 p.m. when he drove into gravel and dirt, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Morema lost control and was thrown from the bike.

The motorcycle came to a rest in the left shoulder and in the right ditch. Morema died of his injuries. The State Patrol said road conditions were dry and alcohol is not suspected. Morema was wearing a helmet.
Eagan police, Eagan Fire Department, Apple Valley police and MHealth Fairview EMS responded to the scene.
