The crash happened just before 10:00 p.m. Monday night on Highway 77 just south of Interstate 35E in Apple Valley.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Phillis Lucille Deboth, of Cottage Grove, was driving a 2007 Saturn Vue southbound in the northbound lanes when she struck a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado at 80th Street.

The threats appeared in a post on social media. Detectives quickly identified a juvenile male suspect and coordinated with Elk River Police, who made contact with him at his home.
