Authorities say the arrests led to multiple felony charges against the man they took into custody and a separate drug possession charge against a woman at his residence.

Prosecutors charged Angela Zwack with one felony count of first-degree damage to property for the Dec. 5 incident at a McDonald’s in Maplewood. The charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison, a $10,000 fine or both.

The criminal complaint outlines a series of escalating confrontations that started inside the unit and ended with 34-year-old Spring Jonae Mason being arrested and a handgun recovered from a Ford Escape.

Rosario Salas Fierro, 29, his brother, 30-year-old Jose Cesar Salas Fierro, and 27-year-old Grayson Joseph Madrigal each face a first-degree controlled substance charge for possessing more than 50 grams of methamphetamine.

Officers were told that one person had been struck in the head and hands with a machete and that a second person had been threatened during the same incident. The first victim told officers he had been hit five times.
