Isaac Nathaniel Childress Jr. is charged with second-degree murder with intent but without premeditation in the Dec. 10, 2025, shooting death of Ty’wann Robinson.

A Burnsville Police Department spokesperson says officers were called to the area near 11 Crystal Lake West after a woman reported she had been assaulted while walking on a trail.

Aronde Malik Walker, who is listed as having no permanent address, is charged in Ramsey County with first-degree burglary involving an assault and first-degree burglary of an occupied dwelling.

Jonathan Chet Winch, 35, of St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, is charged with second-degree murder without intent while committing a felony.

Deputies with the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office were sent to the 3700 block of 250th Street West at about 2:23 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2025, after a report that a woman had been shot inside a residence.

At about 5:01 p.m., Minneapolis firefighters were dispatched to reports of a residential structure fire at a one-and-a-half-story home in the 4300 block of 30th Avenue South.

The incident was reported just before 6:30 p.m. in the 2200 block of Ilion Avenue North, where officers were sent after the initial reports of gunshots fired were updated to a confirmed shooting.

In a statement posted Sunday on X, Kash Patel said the Federal Bureau of Investigation had already surged agents and investigative resources into Minnesota before renewed attention to the case escalated online.

The incident happened Dec. 25, 2025, when Wyoming Police Department officers were dispatched to the medical center after a patient reportedly ran from the emergency department after being placed on a hold.

Deputies were alerted to a two-vehicle crash with unknown injuries and arrived to find a GMC Sierra pickup and a Chevrolet Impala that had gone into the ditch near the intersection.

Shoua Xiong, 46, is charged with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon stemming from an incident reported around 11:45 p.m. on Dec. 23 at a residence in the 100 block of Front Avenue.
