Officers were called around 12:26 a.m. Jan. 27 to a report of an assault at the Autumn Ridge Apartments in the 6300 block of Boone Avenue North.

According to a new criminal complaint, prosecutors say Ted Matthew Bennett, 58, contacted the student despite a court order and used emotional pressure in an attempt to influence her involvement in the case.

According to a criminal complaint, Dallas T. Wright, of Plymouth, was arrested early Thursday, Dec. 18 after Oakdale police responded to reports of an unwanted person at an apartment building in the 6900 block of 10th Street North.
