The complaint says the young male pushed the victim to the ground twice and hit his head a couple of times. The victim said he tried to avoid further contact and kept walking away, but the young male pulled out a folding switchblade-type knife and said he would stab the victim. The victim reported that the knife was not fully extended. The young male also claimed to have a gun and threatened to pull it on the victim. The victim said he was scared and continued trying to get away.
The complaint states that surveillance video from the Star Mart Gas Station parking lot showed the victim and the young male exchanging swings, with the young male appearing to be the primary aggressor and following the victim through the parking lot. No knife was seen in the footage.
