Gunfire wounded two men and sent bullets through apartment windows during a shooting near a Saint Paul dice game, according to charges. Officers responded around 9:15 p.m. Aug. 7 to the area of Maryland Avenue West and Arundel Street.

Jahquareye Terril Olson-Davis, 24, of Minneapolis, is charged with one felony count of possessing a firearm as a prohibited person. Prosecutors cite surveillance video and DNA evidence linking him to a man seen firing a gun and fleeing the area.

Officers found spent casings, blood trails, a damaged phone and white dice outside an apartment building. Bullets struck windows at three buildings, but no one inside was injured, the complaint says.
