A Minneapolis man sexually touched a 15-year-old boy at a Hennepin County library after approaching him and making sexual advances.
Kenneth Goode Moore, 40, faces charges of soliciting a child to engage in sexual conduct, 5th-degree criminal sexual conduct involving nonconsensual sexual contact and 4th-degree criminal sexual conduct.
On June 8, 2026, officers were dispatched to the Hennepin County Library in Minneapolis after the victim reported the incident. The victim stated that while waiting for the library to open, Moore began a conversation that quickly turned sexual. During this conversation, Moore asked the victim for oral sex and inquired if the victim could “peg” him. The victim also reported that Moore touched him inappropriately.

Moore was taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Hennepin County Jail. He is currently in custody. A court date has not yet been set.
