According to the complaint, the victim arrived at the friend’s apartment around 10 p.m. on February 10, 2025, where several people, including Walker, were present. As the night progressed, Walker reportedly attempted to pull the victim onto his lap and sexually assault her. After the victim rejected his advances, she went to shower around 3 a.m.

When she was in the shower, Walker entered, pushed her against the wall and sexually assaulted her while choking her. The victim lost consciousness during the assault and woke up on the shower floor.

Following the incident, the victim left the apartment and called law enforcement from a nearby YMCA. She reported neck pain and other injuries. Law enforcement collected evidence from the apartment, including video footage from a Ring doorbell camera that showed the victim entering the apartment and Walker leaving shortly after the assault. A DNA match from a swab taken from the victim’s neck confirmed Walker’s involvement.

The complaint also notes a second incident on February 27, 2025, where Walker allegedly assaulted the victim again at the victim’s home. The victim reported that Walker choked her until she blacked out and then sexually assaulted her again. After this incident, the victim blocked Walker on social media and reported that he continued to contact her from different numbers.

Walker is currently in custody. A court date has not yet been set.
