On February 11, 2025, at approximately 0838 hours, law enforcement responded to the 1700 block of University Avenue W, St. Paul. MN, Ramsey County to meet with V1 (DOB: 03/XX/2005) who called to report she had been sexually assaulted. V1 agreed to be transported by paramedics to Regions Hospital for further evaluation. V1 reported that she was invited to TMS’s house at 4XX W Lynhurst Avenue in St. Paul, MN Ramsey County with the intention of staying over there and hanging out. V1 arrived around 2200 hours on 02/10/2025. When she arrived, several individuals were present including TYREE ANTWON WALKER JR [DOB REDACTED]. V1 stated they were all hanging out and “vibing” with one another.
V1 stated that WALKER was continuously staring at her throughout the night. As the hangout continued into the early morning around 0200 hours on 2/11/2025, WALKER was sitting in a chair and tried to pull V1 onto his lap while also trying to stick his hand down the front of her pants to digitally penetrate her vagina. V1 pulled his hand out of her pants, and told him no. Around 0300 hours on 2/11/2025, V1 went to the bathroom to shower. Approximately 10 minutes into V1 showering, WALKER entered the bathroom removing his clothing and getting into the shower with V1. WALKER pushed V1’s back against eh shower wall with both of his hands around her neck/throat turned her around so the front of her body was against the wall while keeping his hands around her neck/throat and penetrated her vagina with his penis.
V1 stated she told WALKER no, please stop, and screamed for help. During the encounter WALKER called V1 “Baby” but cannot recall if WALKER stated anything else. V1 loss consciousness during the sexual assault, and when she woke up, she was lying on the shower floor with the water still running. V1 recalls the shower water still being warm but on the verge of getting cold. V1 was unsure if WALKER ejaculated but knows that he was not wearing a condom when he penetrated her. After V1 woke up on the shower floor, she got dressed and exited the bathroom.
Around 0600 hours, WALKER was kicked out of the apartment for being aggressive with TMS. V1 stayed at TMS’s apartment until approximately 0800 hours on 2/11/2025 before walking to the YMCA on University Ave W, where she charged her phone and called law enforcement. Before leaving the apartment V1 saw WALKER’s ID and took a picture out of it. V1 stated she waited to call law enforcement because she did not want WALKER to know she was calling. V1 was scared of what WALKER could do to her. V1 had neck pain, lower stomach pain, and slight vaginal pain.
Photographs were taken of V1’s neck by law enforcement. Law enforcement returned to TMS’s apartment where they collected evidence and took photos. Law enforcement also observed WALKER’s ID sitting on the dresser. Officers also collected video footage from a Ring doorbell camera affixed to the apartment. Law enforcement saw V1 enter the apartment on 2/10/2025 at 21:37 CST. On 2/11 at 6:59 CST, the footage shows WALKER leaving the apartment. On 2/11/25 at 08:52 CST officers observed V1 walking past the camera.
