Naomi Tamunotonye Foingil Iruene, 28, is charged with fourth-degree assault of a peace officer and fourth-degree assault of emergency medical personnel.

The charges stem from a months-long investigation in Hennepin County that—on Thursday, Jan. 29—included traffic stops and searches of a home, vehicles and related properties tied to the suspect.

The incident happened Thursday, Jan. 29 at a home in the 5700 block of Schaefer Road, where officers were sent after a woman reported being pushed to the ground during an argument inside.

According to the criminal complaint, the victim was found standing inside the home when deputies arrived, holding a towel tightly against his forearm in an attempt to stop the bleeding.

The incident unfolded after Minneapolis police were notified that a suspect tied to an aggravated robbery involving a gun was moving near 42nd Avenue North & Fremont Avenue North.

Both incidents unfolded around 9:35 p.m. on Jan. 25 before the suspect was taken into custody following a violent struggle inside a nearby residence.

Alfredo Mancillas Jr., 31, of Corpus Christi, Tex., is charged with one count of third-degree DWI for refusing to submit to a breath test and one count of fourth-degree DWI for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Jerry Allen Stangel, 50, is charged with first-degree witness tampering, two counts of felony aggravated harassment and a misdemeanor trespass charge.

Police were called to the residence after reports that a male occupant was threatening roommates with a shotgun and that a round may have been fired inside the home.

Allie Maag is charged with felony aggravated harassment by false impersonation after prosecutors say she posed both as a military police officer and a Hennepin County court official while violating an active order for protection.

Prosecutors allege the company and the broker participated in a scheme that resulted in more than $350,000 in estimated unpaid motor vehicle tax payments between March 2020 and August 2023.

County Attorney John Choi announced the guidance after a Jan. 26 meeting that included all Ramsey County local law enforcement agencies, the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office and the Minnesota BCA.
