Officers were told that one person had been struck in the head and hands with a machete and that a second person had been threatened during the same incident. The first victim told officers he had been hit five times.

Abdimahat Bille Mohamed, 28, is accused of targeting a 15-year-old girl and multiple women in a pattern of abductions and rapes that federal officials say continued even after earlier arrests and releases in state court.

According to Dakota County court filings, prosecutors charged Teodros Raymond Pluntz in two separate cases that investigators say began on social media and continued in person.

Thirty-six-year-old Timothy Mark Olson Jr. pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct for having sexual intercourse with a student while in a position of authority.

Prosecutors say 21-year-old Tristen Alan Leritz forced a 51-year-old woman off the sidewalk on Centerville Road around 7:56 p.m. Tuesday while she was out for an evening walk.

Leritz is accused of sneaking up behind a woman who was walking near Centerville Road and Pond View Drive on Tuesday night, dragging her off the sidewalk into a secluded area and sexually assaulting her.

After the attack, the woman ran to a nearby home for help and was taken to a hospital for evaluation and treatment. The suspect fled north from the scene.

Prosecutors charged 43-year-old Lloyd Alton Booyer with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon causing substantial bodily harm and obstructing the operation of a transit vehicle through force or violence.
