A recorded jail call captured a plan to take a woman to a lake access so she could be attacked, according to a criminal complaint filed in Becker County.
Jazzmine Jade Yunker faces charges of threats of violence and conspiracy to commit third-degree assault, according to a complaint filed October 23 in Becker County District Court.
According to the complaint, an investigator reviewed a call placed from the Becker County Jail by an inmate to Yunker on October 10. During the call, the inmate expressed anger at Yunker for allowing the victim into his apartment and accused the victim of taking some of his clothing. The inmate stated, “I’m gonna get that b**** f***** up,” and asked if the victim could be found.

Yunker confirmed that the victim was usually at her house or at the victim’s father’s house. The inmate then asked how he could get the victim somewhere, and Yunker replied that she was “on the same page.” The inmate suggested Yunker should take the victim for a ride, saying he wanted the victim “smashed” and “wrecked,” but needed someone else to carry it out.
He proposed that Yunker take the victim to a lake access and “wreck her a**,” telling Yunker to “do it” and to let him know when so he could alert “his people.”
Yunker agreed to the plan, responding “right” and later saying, “as long as she doesn’t get f****** killed, yes, I’m f****** fine with it.” The inmate laughed and said he did not think it would go that far but noted it would be “bad enough and she is gonna know it was me.” Yunker replied, “ok, good” and “f*** that b****.”
The two then discussed the identity of the victim’s boyfriend, with Yunker providing the boyfriend’s name so the inmate could write it down.
The charges allege that Yunker threatened to commit third-degree assault and conspired to inflict substantial bodily harm on another person.
