A man is facing a second-degree murder charge after a shooting incident in Saint Paul left one man dead.

Shortly before 10:00 p.m. on August 31, 2022, officers responded to reports of gunfire near Born’s Bar, where they found a man, later identified as the victim, face down on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his head. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene at 10:09 p.m.
