The crash happened at 8:38 a.m. on Jan. 6 when a straight truck traveling eastbound on Highway 7 near Cable Avenue collided with a westbound SUV at the intersection in Winsted Township.

Investigators Say the man repeatedly placed tracking devices on her vehicle and sent dozens of threatening messages.

The latest offense is part of a series of similar cases authorities say date back several years.

According to the criminal complaint, the incident happened around 10:50 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2025, near Hazelwood Street North and County Road B East.

Officers were dispatched to the crash at the intersection of Pilot Knob Road and Lone Oak Road around 5:15 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2.

Juan Carlos Rodriguez Romero was indicted on two counts of assault on a federal officer with a dangerous weapon and one count of assault on a federal officer.

The driver was identified as Braden Charles Rahlf, of Rochester. State Patrol records say the crash happened around 5:54 a.m. on Jan. 3 on eastbound U.S. Highway 14 near milepost 206 in Kalmar Township.

Shane Patrick Hurley, 51, is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving sexual penetration or contact with a child under 16 where a significant relationship exists.

Firefighters arrived to find flames inside a large three-story residential building that had been converted into multiple apartment and condominium units.

According to the criminal complaint, Rochester police were called to the residence around 10 p.m. and arrived to find the front door fully engulfed in flames with heavy black smoke pouring from the house.

The State Patrol said a Dodge Durango was traveling northbound on Highway 71 while a Kia Sportage was traveling southbound when the two vehicles collided in the intersection.

Kristin Allyenne Williams is charged with felony theft by swindle after authorities allege she misappropriated funds from the Plymouth Wayzata Youth Softball Association between August 2020 and February 2025, according to a criminal complaint.

Court records say officers were called to Spurs Grill and Bar in Willmar just before midnight on Friday, Dec. 26, after reports of a man acting erratically, damaging property and refusing to leave.

The occupant of the vehicle was extricated from their vehicle and transported to a hospital where they were pronounced deceased. Authorities have not released the identity of the driver.
