Initial information says Rahlf was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Impala eastbound when he left the road and the car rolled into the south ditch. The Impala was the only vehicle involved in the crash.
Rahlf was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and troopers say the airbags did not deploy. He suffered fatal injuries at the scene and was not transported to a hospital.
