Minnesota Woman Charged with Beastiality Amid Child Porn Investigation

A Watertown woman is charged with two counts of bestiality after investigators uncovered graphic media during a child pornography investigation at her home.

Jamie Nicole Holcombe, 28, was arrested on a warrant after the filing of a criminal complaint in Carver County.

Detectives executed a search warrant on April 10, 2025, at a residence on Terrace Drive, which Holcombe shared with a man identified in the documents as “Jess.” While the search was originally connected to a separate case involving child sexual abuse material, detectives discovered multiple images and a video that allegedly show Holcombe engaged in sexual acts with a dog.

Detectives located the dog, identified as “Jax,” inside the residence during their search. Charging documents identify “Jess'“ as Jamie Holcombe’s husband, 47-year-old Jess Kelly Holcombe, and forensic examination of his cell phone revealed two explicit images dated Nov. 2, 2024. In the first image, investigators say Jamie Holcombe is seen nude from the waist down as the dog licks her exposed anus. She was reportedly identified by a distinctive tattoo and the bedroom in the photo matched one in their residence. The complaint says the image was taken from an angle indicating a third party was present and documenting it.

A second image allegedly showed Holcombe engaged in another explicit act with the same dog. Investigators noted the setting matched the couple’s bedroom and that Holcombe was identifiable by the same tattoo.

Detectives then reviewed Holcombe’s cell phone and found a 10-second video that was dated March 16, 2025. The video reportedly shows Holcombe, nude from the waist down, lying back with her legs spread and performing another sex act with the animal. The file was located in the camera roll of her device.

Due to the nature of the material and the concern for the welfare of the dog, prosecutors sought a warrant for Holcombe’s arrest to prevent what they described as “imminent harm” to the animal.

Holcombe is charged with one gross misdemeanor count and one misdemeanor count of beastiality. If convicted, she faces up to 364 days in jail and a $3,000 fine on the gross misdemeanor count, and up to 90 days and a $1,000 fine on the misdemeanor count.

She was released from custody without bail but under several conditions, including no contact with the victim, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons and no use or possession of alcohol or controlled substances. Her next court appearance is scheduled for May 16.

Jess Kelly Holcombe was charged earlier this month with five separate felony counts of disseminating pornographic work involving minors under age 14 in relation to the original investigation. He remains in custody.
