Man Critical After Shooting at Lagoon Park in Jordan
Authorities are investigating a shooting that left a man critically injured early Sunday evening in Jordan.
Around 6:20 p.m. on May 4, Jordan police responded to a report of gunfire in the parking lot of Lagoon Park, 108 Park Drive.
Officers arrived to find an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot. He was transported to a nearby hospital, then flown to a trauma center via medical helicopter, where he was last listed in critical condition.

Police say the suspect fled the scene in a vehicle before officers arrived and no arrests have been made as of late Monday morning.
Investigation is underway by the Jordan Police Department, the Scott County Sheriff’s Office and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

The victim’s identity has not yet been released and authorities haven’t released other details as of now.
