The woman was behind an older, white sedan with tinted windows that was weaving between lanes and speeding up and slowing down. She was driving a dark-colored SUV, the police department said.

As she tried to pass the sedan, the male driver pointed a handgun toward her vehicle. The woman heard a gunshot moments later and a bullet struck her SUV, though she was not injured.
