Officers administered CPR on Davis at the scene and he was transported to North Memorial hospital in Robbinsdale, where he was pronounced deceased within an hour.

Police have not released any official suspect information, but law enforcement radio dispatches reviewed by MN CRIME suggest the suspect in the shooting was a juvenile black male around 15 years old wearing a black hoodie, black jeans and a black skullcap hat, last seen fleeing from the area after the gunfire.

As of Tuesday evening, there were no arrests announced in relation to the fatal shooting.

The medical examiner listed Davis’ cause of death as homicide from multiple gunshot wounds.
