The victim reported that an unknown man entered the living quarters of the vessel, took a fighting stance and began making threats. The man, later identified as Huseby, put his fists up near the victim’s face, making the victim feel he needed to defend himself. The victim called 911 while Huseby remained on the boat.
Officers arrived and interviewed Huseby, who told police he believed the boat should not have been parked in that location. Police arrested Huseby at the scene.
During a search of Huseby, officers found three pills identified as 15mg Lannett 0792, which are generic Adderall and classified as a schedule II controlled substance. The complaint states Huseby did not have a prescription for the pills.
Huseby was charged in Washington County District Court with felony fifth-degree drug possession for having the controlled substance and misdemeanor fifth-degree assault for raising his fists at the victim.
