A 6-year-old boy disclosed that a relative repeatedly sexually assaulted him at two different homes in Saint Paul.
Piravonni Jaran Anderson, 31, of Saint Paul, faces a charge of 1st-degree criminal sexual conduct, according to a complaint filed Wednesday, June 10, in Ramsey County District Court.
According to the complaint, police in Saint Paul took a report on December 1, 2025, after the victim’s mother said the victim disclosed sexual abuse. She told officers she had left the victim at a family member’s house in Saint Paul for a few hours on November 24, 2025. Anderson was also present at the home during that time.

When the victim’s mother picked him up, she noticed his hair was unusually messy. Later, the victim told her that Anderson “put his wee in my butthole.” Concerned, she brought the victim to Midwest Children’s Resource Center for a forensic examination.
During the medical interview, the victim told a nurse practitioner that Anderson would put his “wee-wee” in the victim’s “butt where the poop comes out.” The victim said this happened many times, both at the family member’s house and at the house where Anderson lived. He stated the abuse began when he was 5 years old.
The victim’s mother confronted Anderson about the allegations. According to the complaint, Anderson acted as if he was too tired to understand and left the house shortly after, taking a family member’s car. The family has not heard from him since and believes he may have left the state. Police have not been able to locate Anderson for an interview.
The charge against Anderson alleges that he sexually assaulted the victim multiple times when the victim was under 16, and that the acts involved penetration and occurred over a period of time.
A court date has not yet been set.
