According to the complaint, the victim had attended a prom send-off party and was driving home when Frost and his wife confronted her. They allegedly attempted to force her to pull over, leading to a verbal altercation. As the victim tried to escape, Frost reportedly fired a shot that struck her. Surveillance footage from a nearby business captured the moments leading up to the incident, showing the victim’s vehicle and the subsequent actions of Frost and his wife.
Frost was arrested on May 11, 2026 and provided a Mirandized statement denying involvement in the shooting. His wife, however, implicated him, stating that they followed the victim after being informed that their vehicle had been struck. She claimed that while fastening her seatbelt, she heard a loud bang, realizing Frost had shot at the victim’s vehicle.
Frost is currently in custody at the Anoka County Jail. A court date has not yet been set.
