Authorities are not seeking any suspects and confirmed there is no threat to the public. No one has been taken into custody.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension was called in to help process the scene, which remains active. Police asked people to avoid the immediate area while evidence is collected, though residents of the complex have been allowed to remain in their apartments.
