The crash scene in March 2021 18-year-old Kyle Scott Hollister pleaded guilty to one count of criminal vehicular homicide and one count of criminal vehicular operation after a fatal crash in Woodbury on March 13, 2021 that killed an occupant, Garrett Bumgarner , 18, and left three others with serious injuries. Bumgarner was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and was found ejected from the vehicle.
