Julia Renee Stolfa has been charged with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, intentional discharge of a firearm that endangers safety, first-degree criminal damage to property and reckless discharge of a firearm.

Dameon Markese Collins, 24, pleaded guilty in June 2025 to second-degree intentional murder and admitted to firing 23 shots at Woodard on June 28, 2024.

Mankato Public Safety said crews were dispatched around 2 a.m. to 233 1/2 Bradley Street on a report of a residential structure fire with flames showing from the upstairs unit of the duplex.
