A Minneapolis Police Department spokesperson says officers were sent to the area on a report of a personal injury crash. When they arrived, police learned the driver had struck a building and, a short time later, they located him fatally shot inside the vehicle.
Officers began lifesaving efforts, including CPR, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities say no one else was inside the vehicle when officers arrived.
