A search of the vehicle turned up a small black fabric case containing multiple bags of suspected methamphetamine and cocaine. The complaint says officers found three bags of methamphetamine weighing 13.5 grams, 5.92 grams and 9.49 grams, as well as three bags of cocaine weighing 2.34 grams, 1.3 grams and 3.68 grams. Officers also found an estimated 7 to 14 grams of THC concentrate.

The search also uncovered a narcotics scale, multiple unused small plastic bags, and three used bubble pipes that tested positive for methamphetamine. The complaint states that these items, along with the quantity and packaging of the drugs, were consistent with sales and distribution.

Officers found four 12-gauge shotgun shells in a small black bag in the rear passenger seat and another shell in the front center console. The complaint notes that the primers on the shells were not struck and the ammunition was still in operating condition.

A white pill bottle in the vehicle contained a variety of prescription pills, including suspected MDMA or LSD, oxycodone, alprazolam, amphetamine, clonazepam, lisdexamfetamine dimesylate and several unscheduled pills. Officers also found 23 unknown pills in the bottle.

The complaint says Albrecht has a pending case in Nicollet County involving multiple first-degree controlled substance charges and was found incompetent on January 30, 2026.
