A Spring Valley woman died early this morning after three northbound drivers struck her while she was crossing Highway 63 in Fillmore County.
The crash happened around 5:30 a.m. on May 12 at the intersection of Highway 63 and West Tracy Road.
Melody Ann Raveill, 67, was crossing the highway eastbound when the drivers struck her, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

The drivers were a 60-year-old Spring Valley man in a 2004 Chevrolet Express, a 49-year-old Spring Valley man in a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville and a 49-year-old Preston woman in a 2017 Honda Odyssey.
None of the drivers were injured and all three were wearing seat belts, the Patrol said. Alcohol was not suspected.
The roadway was wet at the time of the crash. The Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office and Spring Valley Fire/EMS responded along with the State Patrol.
