A 22-year-old man died Friday afternoon after losing control of his vehicle and rolling on Mullen Road in St. Joseph, according to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office.
Cody Christopher Strong, of St. Cloud, was traveling east on Mullen Road around 3:08 p.m. when he lost control in the curves, the sheriff’s office said. Strong went off the road into the south ditch, overcorrected, crossed the road into the north ditch and rolled.
Strong was partially ejected from the vehicle, the sheriff’s office said.

The Stearns County Emergency Communications Center first received a crash detection call near the scene. A passerby then called to report a vehicle had rolled and that someone was pinned underneath.
Stearns County deputies, St. Joseph Fire/Rescue and the St. Joseph Police Department responded. Strong was found dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation by the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office.
