According to the criminal complaint, Minneapolis police responded to a report of criminal sexual conduct on Dec. 3, 2025. The victim told officers she had been experiencing back pain and began seeing Dejesus-Urizar for massage and chiropractic treatment at his apartment on the recommendation of family members.

The victim said Dejesus-Urizar presented himself as a chiropractor, massage therapist and healer. He directed the structure of each appointment, instructing her on what clothing to wear, when to use a sauna device and how to position her body. He described his techniques in anatomical and medical terms as necessary to treat underlying physical issues including muscle tension, pelvic alignment and nerve-related pain.

During a session on about Nov. 9, 2025, the victim said Dejesus-Urizar lifted her clothing and began massaging her breasts. She was startled but believed his explanation that they were cold from the sauna and needed to be warmed as part of the treatment.

On about Nov. 24, 2025, the victim said Dejesus-Urizar told her that her pelvis was out of alignment and that he needed to manipulate internal structures to relieve her back pain. He then digitally penetrated her for several minutes. The victim said the penetration was painful and she told him to stop.

Three days later, during another session, the victim said Dejesus-Urizar told her he needed to continue working on her pelvic area with a massage gun. He continued until she pushed the device away and told him to stop.

On Dec. 3, 2025, during another appointment, the victim said Dejesus-Urizar massaged her body and kissed her breast while she was lying on her back with her eyes closed. When she confronted him, he told her he loved her. The victim said she became frightened, tried to remain calm and left.

After leaving, the victim told her sister what happened. The sister disclosed that she had a similar experience with Dejesus-Urizar, that he had progressively moved his hands up her thighs toward her groin during treatment for a knee issue, despite her telling him to stop.

Dejesus-Urizar is not currently in custody. Third-degree CSC carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.
