According to a criminal complaint filed Friday in Isanti County, 39-year-old Lisa Marie Rosenau, of Bethel, is facing charges for acts while she was employed at an adult residential program for people with mental health disorders.

Investigators said a juvenile and another adult were also inside at the time of the shooting but were not hurt. A firearm was recovered inside the apartment.

A Minneapolis Park Police officer was injured Tuesday afternoon after his firearm discharged during a struggle with a man suspected in a sexual assault at Mueller Park.

Officers detained three men outside the bar, including 29-year-old Davarius Lamonte Clark, who was working as a bouncer that night. Police say Clark repeatedly told them “It’s my gun” and admitted to shooting the man.

One officer had a puncture wound and was transported by ambulance to a local hospital. Three other officers, who helped restrain the attacker, were taken to a hospital by state vehicle for evaluation and have since been released.

The man on the scooter was traveling east on Broadway Street Northeast. A driver then entered the intersection as the traffic light was turning yellow, and the scooter turned left. Investigators say the driver struck the scooter during the turn.

When they arrived, they found a man inside a vehicle with an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound. Emergency responders provided care at the scene before taking him to the hospital.
