Federal agents shot and killed a suspect while attempting to serve an arrest warrant Thursday morning in a north Minneapolis neighborhood, authorities have confirmed. Around 6 a.m., a SWAT team involving FBI agents attempted to execute a high-risk warrant on the 3700 block of Dupont Ave. N., with th
