The incident left the juvenile victim with severe road rash injuries and hospitalized him in a burn unit.

The crash was reported shortly after 10 p.m. March 5 on the Arrowhead Trail about 25 miles north of Orr, according to initial information from authorities.

Officers with the Eagan Police Department and troopers with the Minnesota State Patrol arrived to find a 40-year-old woman unconscious and not breathing in the roadway.

The collision happened around 2:37 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, at the intersection of Highway 218 and 285th Street in Udolpho Township, south of Austin.

The collision happened around 12:56 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, near 33rd Avenue North and 5th Street North, where police found two heavily damaged vehicles buried in a snowbank following a head-on crash.

Near the intersection of Rice Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, officers located a woman lying in the roadway with severe injuries consistent with being struck by a driver.

From midnight through 11:59 p.m. on Feb. 18, the Minnesota State Patrol reported 468 property-damage crashes and 34 injury crashes statewide.

It happened just before 9 p.m. on Feb. 17, at Highway 210 and West Sylvan Drive Southwest in Sylvan Township, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Officers arrived to find the victim lying on the roadway near debris from a black car and a damaged mobility scooter. He was unresponsive and had a large dent in his head.

The crash happened at the intersection of 8th Street South and Park Avenue in Minneapolis, where police responded to a four-vehicle collision.

The incidents happened around 4:10 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2, near eastbound Highway 10 and County Road 50 in Big Lake Township, followed by a second crash roughly 40 minutes later.

St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office deputies say a snowmobile crashed while negotiating a sharp corner, leaving the passenger seriously injured. Authorities said the driver didn’t require medical care.

The crash happened just before 12:55 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 8, on the 3rd Avenue/Central Avenue bridge spanning the Mississippi River between downtown Minneapolis and northeast Minneapolis.

Prosecutors charged 33-year-old Joshua Ryan Pendegayosh, of Minneapolis, with felony criminal vehicular operation causing great bodily harm. Authorities say he was driving in a grossly negligent manner when he struck the victim.

The Minnesota State Patrol says Anthony Gary Simones, 22, of Northfield, was driving a 2012 Ford F-150 northbound on Highway 3 when the driver of a 2016 Cascadia tractor-trailer semi entered the intersection.

The incident happened Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026, around 10:05 a.m. on the 4100 block of Lakeview Avenue North, just southeast of Robbinsdale City Hall.
