The plea follows the May 30 crash on Highway 10 near Interstate 35W in Mounds View where authorities say Lor lost control of a sedan and struck a sound wall.

According to a criminal complaint, 47-year-old Ira Nathan LaRoque of Sisseton, S.D., is charged with one count of criminal vehicular operation resulting in great bodily harm.

28-year-old Seth John Nechville, of Kenyon, Minn., was driving a 2016 Dodge Ram northbound in the southbound lanes and collided head-on with a 2019 GMC Terrain, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Officers were dispatched just before 2:45 a.m. to Glenwood Avenue and Meander Road after reports that a driver had struck both a fire hydrant and a tree.

Officers responded and found an adult male bicyclist and an adult male pedestrian, both with potentially life-threatening injuries. They were treated at the scene before being taken by ambulance to Hennepin Healthcare.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Washington County, 70-year-old Mark Thomas Tinucci Sr. was driving a white Chevrolet Suburban with a “Tinucci’s” restaurant decal on the side.

At about 8:20 p.m., police and fire crews were called to Mitchell Road and Chestnut Drive after a northbound white sedan hit the woman as she crossed in the crosswalk with four young children, two of whom were in a wagon she was pulling.

The crash happened around 7:12 a.m. on Aug. 22, when a northbound Northstar train struck a vehicle that was stopped on the tracks near 119th Avenue Northwest and Northdale Boulevard Northwest.

Authorities say 32-year-old Yevgeniy Konstantinov Samaray, from Coon Rapids, was riding a 2008 Yamaha FJR1300 westbound when he struck the passenger side of a 2014 Mercedes E.

The man was reportedly walking with two dogs when he was hit. Austin Police say the vehicle did not stop, and the driver has not been located. Officers and paramedics responded and found the man with significant injuries.

The man on the scooter was traveling east on Broadway Street Northeast. A driver then entered the intersection as the traffic light was turning yellow, and the scooter turned left. Investigators say the driver struck the scooter during the turn.

The State Patrol says a Dodge Grand Caravan and a privately-owned Komatsu WA470 front-end loader were both being driven north on the highway when they collided.

Lonnie William Cory is charged with one count of criminal vehicular operation resulting in great bodily harm for a crash that happened just after 8 p.m. Sunday along northbound Highway 61 near Summit Avenue in Saint Paul Park.

The crash happened around 6:54 p.m. near the northbound exit ramp to 70th Street South. The State Patrol says a Harley Davidson and a 2016 Land Rover LR4 were both traveling north when the vehicles made contact.

According to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, emergency responders were dispatched at 2:48 p.m. to a rural property at 24041 County Highway 1 for a report of a UTV rollover involving two children.

A 2024 International MV607 box truck driven by 37-year-old Kou Lee, of Sheboygan, Wisc., struck a 2022 Ford Escape, pushing it onto the right shoulder. The truck then hit a 1969 Chevrolet C10 pickup, which was pushed into a 2019 Ford F-150.

According to the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle hit the parked squad car at highway speeds, spinning it roughly 75 feet from the point of impact.

Christopher Cortez Johnson-Caine, 26, of Sauk Rapids, died from his injuries on July 16 at Saint Cloud Hospital, nearly two weeks after the high-speed crash.

Deputies were called around 1:50 a.m. to the intersection of County Road E East and Labore Road, where the teenager had been struck by a vehicle driven by an 80-year-old man.

Officers responded at 11:02 p.m. to 66th Street West and Russell Avenue South, where an eastbound SUV turning north onto Russell struck a westbound motorcycle in the intersection.
