A man died early Monday after a stabbing inside a St. Cloudapartment, according to police.
Officers were called just after 4 a.m. to a residence on the1200 block of Washington Memorial Driveand found an adult male with a stab wound.

Lifesaving efforts were performed but he died at the scene, the police department said.
Police said a 23-year-old woman who lives at the apartment was still on site when officers arrived. No other people were found in the apartment.

According to initial info, the two were in a domestic relationship and police said there is no threat to the public. The identities of both the victim and the arrested woman have not been released as of publication while family notifications continue.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is assisting St. Cloud police with processing the scene. The investigation remains active.
